The idea to bring Shimla Mirchi into pickle form came from our founder’s mission to elevate traditional, underrepresented ingredients into modern, health-conscious households. Grown organically on our farms, these peppers are sun-cured and preserved naturally using age-old recipes and cold-pressed mustard oil, without any artificial preservatives.

Our Manufacturing Process

1. Selection & Harvest: We harvest tender, pesticide-free capsicums from our organic fields in their peak season.

2. Manual Cleaning & Cutting: Shimla mirch is thoroughly washed and chopped by hand to maintain integrity.

3. Spice Blending: A precise mix of hand-pounded organic spices—like mustard, fenugreek, turmeric, and asafoetida—adds warmth and aroma.

4. Oil Preservation: Ingredients are blended in cold-pressed mustard oil, which acts as a natural preservative and enhances digestion.

5. Natural Fermentation: The mixture is fermented under the sun, just like in traditional village homes.

6. Hygienic Bottling: The pickle is packaged in food-grade containers under semi-automated conditions for safety and consistency.
